LCL SHIPMENTS

For smaller, less container load ("LCL"), shipments, Şenolsun Logistics will consolidate your cargo with other freight. By consolidating the bookings of many large shipping volumes, Şenolsun Logistics offers a competitive edge over other freight forwarders.

As an independent operator, Şenolsun Logistics is able to offer optimum cost effective shipping services to every destination. Şenolsun  services embrace not only port to port, door to port, door to door, but also inland transshipments in Turkey and other countries. Our personnel have extensive experience in handling, receiving and stuffing export LCL freight into steamship containers. The most important part of this service is to maximize the utility of the cubic capacity of cargo containers so that you enjoy the reduced rate that results from packing cargo more densely into container.

Packing, crating, blocking, bracing, securing, paneling and plat forming are part of an efficient freight consolidation. Our trained expert personnel are capable of performing all of these tasks with each and every container for the sole purpose of reducing the cost of shipment.

OCEAN FREIGHT OF FULL CONTAINER LOAD

Şenolsun Logistics offers a reduced rate for shipper owned or leased containers to almost any port in the world. Şenolsun selects only reliable steamship carriers, having competitive transit times and offering the lowest possible rates.

As a customer, you may choose one or all of the following options for your full container load ("FCL") cargo:

Şenolsun Logistics will prepare all appropriate scheduling, booking, and all documentations works and our Customs Clearance Agency SENOLSUN Gümrülkleme Ltd. Şti. will do the all customs operations and documentations.

Şenolsun Logistics will handle all arrangements to have the container trucked back to the container port for ocean shipment to the port of destination. After the vessel departure, Şenolsun will issue the Bills Of Lading as a full style of destination agent. All documents will be hand delivered directly to customers, or they can be forwarded in any manner as directed.

TRANSPORTATION

Just as ocean freight, by using method of freight consolidation to many major cities worldwide, Şenolsun Logistics is able to provide exceptionally low rates from airport to airport, door to airport, and door to door delivery as None IATA Forwarder agent, Şenolsun has opportunaties to offer pick up, wrap, pack, crate, mark, and label for the cargoes and then airfreight to the final destination. Preparing the export declaration, Air Waybill, and Certificate of Origin is part of Senolsun customary air services, which will be provided to customers as part our services. Şenolsun also offers full coverage insurance plans from first rated insurance companies which agreed after many years work experience for the assurance and safety of customer cargo.

ŞENOLSUN STORAGE AND PICK UP

Şenolsun Logistics expert pick up customer cargo anywhere within Turkey even as soon as the day after your order is placed with our office. Şenolsun agreed trucks are open as well as box up and equipped with trolleys and pallet jack.

Şenolsun has a special agreement with the warehouse in Izmir with the space of 9,000 square meter facility complete security patrol and pallet rack compartments, also offers excellent warehouse insurance at competitive prices from first class rated insurance company for customer pace of mind.

TL/LTL TRANSPORTATION

Şenolsun provides truck-load and less-than-truckload transportation services to its customers by the special agreements with the Turkish Truck providers and hauliers.

IN-CITY DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

Şenolsun Logistics which is our dedicated inland transportation Company provides in-city distribution service with outsourcing to the customers demand by providing the required vehicle capacity and type.
It can integrate into the customers' systems through its information technology infrastructure and can access the necessary in-city distribution data simultaneously. During in-city distribution money collection on behalf of the customer can also be done. Delivery information that can be tracked over the Internet can be forwarded to the customer expeditiously and with the best method in line with customer requirements.

ŞENOLSUN FLEET MANAGEMENT

Şenolsun fleet management provides the best solutions based on customer requirements and cuts costs. Also, through timely delivery, it enables the company to focus its time, energy and money on its core business. Companies, while optimising their fleet's value can also minimise their fleet vehicles' operational costs. Şenolsun Logistics has the information, sources and technology to effectively manage company assets. Şenolsun Logistics undertakes the selection of vehicles, the purchasing process and the management of the fleet vehicles on behalf of the customer as fleet manager partner.

Also our Senolsun Customs Clearance Agency has been providing customs clearance services (imports, exports, incentives, inward processing regime, etc.) for a period of more than thirty-five years

A total of 10 employees are employed for customs clearance services, 2 of them being Customs Brokers holding grade A licenses and 2 of them being Assistant Customs Brokers holding grade B licenses. Our employees may pursue transactions at İzmir Inward and Outward Customs Directorate, Aliağa Customs Directorate, Adnan Menderes Cargo Customs Directorate, Gaziemir Free Trade Zone, Menemen Free Trade Zone and Manisa Customs Directorate within the same day. Two of our employees are constantly available at the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and the Chemical Laboratory every day. Thus we are able to provide our customers with customs clearance services in the fastest and most economical conditions.  

Our customs clearance department provides services in all of the 99 sections as contained in the customs tariff. The department has achieved an apparent superiority over its competitors in the identification of tariff numbers of all products through its employees who speak foreign languages and have knowledge in chemistry and about products. Through the use of EDI " Electronic Data Interchange" which has been put into operation within the scope of the modernisation of the customs houses and E-Union systems, direct connection has been established between our work place and the customs houses in all over Turkey and the Exporters’ Unions. We carry out any customs declaration registration transactions on on-line basis with the computer systems in our work place, thus providing our customers with better quality and faster services.

Personnel employed by Senolsun Customs Clearance Agency are members of “Association of Customs Brokers of İzmir”.
